On the Site we provide coaching and education via email, online and phone courses and live events including webinars educating on the power of thoughts and actions to create the desired result. We provide digital courses available for purchase, live experiences available for purchase, and one on one coaching available for purchase(the “Service”).

Use of all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Mindfulness + Magic/Erin Sharaf is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This Site only collects the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, which may include:

  • Your full name and email address in order to subscribe visitors to the newsletter.
  • Your full name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment information in order to process product and/or service orders. 
  • Your full name, email address, and website information in order to post comments on the Site.
  • Your full name, email address and message in order to contact us via our contact form.

The information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the service we provide.Trusted third parties who are helping with website development might have access to your personal information temporarily, while working on the website, but your information will not be otherwise shared and never sold.

Your email will automatically be added to the Mindfulness + Magic email list upon registration, but you can unsubscribe at any time and manage your data in all of the ways described below.

Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our Site. Other sites accessible through our site via links or otherwise have their own policies in regard to privacy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third parties. When you pay through Paypal, we do not receive any of your financial information.

COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
